We are very different than most other daycare / boarding facilities – we always have multiple daycare supervisors overseeing every playgroup and our team does a tremendous job screening out dogs who play too rough or who don't have good play manners, so everyone feels very safe and can have a lot of fun playing! Your sweet dogs Bruce Leroy & Gracie Belle had a great time with us over Thanksgiving weekend, ate all their meals and made plenty of new friends. One of our challenges for the larger holidays is the big increase we experience in the number of guests staying with us. It's impossible to hire and train additional staff for just 4 days. In order to provide outstanding service in the back of the house – it's ALL HANDS ON DECK – requiring our lobby staff, who is cross-trained, to become cooks and cleaners and walkers and daycare supervisors. Our lobby is closed on these peak days, so no one is monitoring our email. We enjoyed talking with you after the peak days and sharing all the details with you.
